You can now buy me a beer! Well, donate a few pennies towards one. See the donate button in the top right hand corner? Thats for the beer fund. I may be able to afford a whole pint by Christmas! :-)

Another one bites the dust...

The latest of the 'Spotted' pages to be deleted from facebook is Spotted Exeter. Spotted pages from around the country have been disappearing. Some because the admin no longer want the mammoth task of running the popular pages and some forced to close by facebook because of inappropriate content

I have had to refuse to post a lot of messages recently. It isn't because I like to pick and choose and only post with what I agree with. It's because if I post certain things, facebook contact me and give me a warning. I am very aware of what I can post (As mentioned before - dog sh*t isn't one of them, so please stop sending me pics) 

Here some statistics for you.

As everyone is aware, we now have a website. Spotted will not be changing, the website will be news based  as will the facebook page It is simply an alternative to the bias media crap we are fed from elsewhere.

It's nearly Christmas!

It's December, the doors of the advent calender are beginning to get opened and the count down begins!

We want your Christmassy photo's. Where ever you are in the bay - send us your pics and we will make a compilation for the blog and put the best ones on spotted.

The website is coming together nicely www.wearesouthdevon.com it is still under construction but we are looking at an official launch date for this month.

We are South Devon - The new website!

Evening all! As some of you may know, I have been working on a new site www.wearesouthdevon.com  Its a news page which is written by the people for the people.. no media bias!

If you are interested in contributing or advertising please get in touch here The page will be working closely with Spotted Torquay to obtain a greater reach.

Why pay for advertising in a newspaper that ends up in the recycling bin? Let us help you. No ridiculous fee's, over £300 for one page? Not here!

If you run a charity and want to be featured on the page this will of course be done for free. Just send us some details and one of the team will get back to you.

As anyone you has seen the page will have realised, its still under construction but its official launch will be announced very soon!

A really sh*tty message.

I recieved a message today saying
"I found this in Westlands schools girls toilet, I knew the school shouldn't sell curry - anon"

Some of the other things I have saved your eyes from seeing (but unfortunately not my own!)

-Sick ('Pavement pizza' from the weekend')
-Dog poo (Had a few of these)
-Used sanitary towels (Who would stop to take a pic?)
-Used condoms (As above)
-A penis (No pic of its owner)
-A womans arse (As above)

What goes through peoples heads when they send these pics, do they actually think I'm going to post them?
